I was amazed at how much was already mapped. My faulty assumption was there
weren't any real vineyards but that just shows how little I know!
We have a number of vineyards in my state. We basically have two climates
here - the west side of the Cascade Mountain Rain which is wet and cool and
the east side which is dry and hot. Most of the vineyards are on the east
side. I just booked a night in Prosser, WA to investigate some of the
better vineyards in the state.
