[Talk-GB] Fixing non-closed polygons in the United Kingdom

Hello Courtney (and Marjan, and anyone else behind "osm at tomtom.com", and 
talk-gb),

Previously (see email trail below) I asked Marjan to update 
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Organised_Editing/Activities/TomTom#Editing_Projects 
to include the places where you are also running projects that are not 
yet listed on that page.  This isn't optional - see 
https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Organised_Editing_Guidelines .

Please update that page immediately, before any further map edits.  
Quite a lot of what you need to say can already be found at 
https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/talk-gb/2022-February/028589.html 
and the link from there.
