[Talk-GB] Mapping School Streets

Hi All,

I've been mapping school streets in the past, applying the restrictions to
the relevant ways, but it's occurred to me that they could be better
applied as a relation, as the restrictions often apply to several road
segments and often multiple roads.

I've been using the tags suggested in this thread:

I tried creating a relation in JOSM with properties:
type=restriction
traffic_intervention=school_street
motor_vehicle:conditional=destination @ (Mo-Fr 08:15-09:15,15:00-16:00)
and including the three ways above in the relation, but JOSM reports this
as an error of "Unknown turn restriction".
Is there a better combination of tags I should use?
