[Talk-GB] Royal Mail collection times changing - 20 February 2023

It must be a local change. I think the outlying boxes in a collection area
tend to have their last collection times revised downwards as the years go
by, especially on Saturdays, but I don't think it's a systematic national
change. I've been slightly obsessed with boxes in Yorkshire for the last
five years but haven't seen such a sticker yet up here.

If you know a change is forthcoming you could set a note to remind yourself
to update it at the changeover time.
