[Talk-GB] Edits being made by a National Trust GIS team member

My main objection to these changes is that they are using identical generic
changeset comments over large areas with a large number of edits. I've got
no idea what has been changed and I am not skilled enough in the many
changeset tools to check the quality of the edits in my area.
