That does not work in New South Wales, Australia for fire stations. 
There are {names = 'location' Fire Station} for 'metropolitan' services 
(paid 'professionals') and {name='location' Rural Fire Brigade} for 
country volunteer fire stations.. and similar different names for the 
different states and territories. So some things need the full name, 
train stations tend the pave the suffix 'Train Station' in most parts of 
the world .. so fairly safe there..
