[Talk-GB] “No path”

[SK53]

I've got a first cut <https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/SK53/diary/400702>
of 'steep paths'. An interesting exercise, but looks like I'll have to
repeat with a better DEM and slightly more convoluted processing. The
initial data is available on umap here
