[Talk-GB] Primary road which isn't really a primary road

Hello everyone,
I'm unhappy with the way a section of Embankment road in Plymouth is
tagged. Technically it is compliant with the "Roads in the united kingdom"
wiki article but the practical effect of this is a map which is very
confusing.

This section of road A374 contains a bus only lane, plus enforcement camera.
Traffic heading to the A374 isn't supposed to use this section of the A374,
but to use another road, also tagged A374 as Gydnia way from the roundabout.

I would like to downgrade the section from ~Florence place to Stenlake
Terrace

All other maps display this road as a minor road. I would like to downgrade
it to a residential road, since that's effectively what it is. Technically
it's still an A road that no-one except busses should use as a through road.

I know everyone will say you shouldn't tag for a renderer but I can't see
how any renderer could interpret the current situation and produce a useful
map.

So please, I am open to alternative suggestions.
