[Talk-GB] Primary road which isn't really a primary road

It was residential until it was changed by a sabristi type mapper who wants everything as on paper rather than on the ground.

If you have local knowledge you should change it to what is signed and verifiable on the ground rather than a piece of paper in a filing cabinet with a sign beware of the leopard
