[Talk-GB] Status regarding the 'A8(M)' near Baillieston, Glasgow

It's signed as the M8 when exiting the smaller roundabout towards the large
roundabout, so I'd imagine that could be applied to the stretch of road.

For now, I'll do what I said previously in regards to the numbering of the
road, which is to ref=M8, alt_ref=M73 and highway_authority_ref=A8(M).
