[Talk-GB] What does tourism=caravan_site mean?

If I was doing this automatically in the UK I'd say

Tourism=caravan_site -> tourism=camp_site but tents=(whatever was there before, including if undefined). It's fairly common for places to market themselves mainly for caravans but to take tents - common enough that we shouldn't make assumptions.
