[Talk-GB] What does tourism=caravan_site mean?

As someone who just bought a camper van, it's very unhelpful to have
static caravan sites mixed in with "touring" sites - they're
completely different things. I also agree that static caravan sites
share much more in common with "resorts" than touring caravan sites.

One thing to note: it's fairly common for caravan sites to also accept
tents *if* you bring your own toilet - which is a fairly important
thing to know. The vast majority (although probably not all) camp
sites will have toilet facilities. I'd be happy to see these two tags
unified, but tagging the available facilities (particularly toilets)
should be strongly encouraged.
