[Talk-GB] Green Cabmen's Shelters in London

Hi,

Whichever way you end up tagging them, it would be useful to collect them
together under a simple site relation. That way they can easily be found
and you may be able to move general tagging to the relation level instead
of duplicating it at the member level.
