[Talk-GB] Static caravan or chalet? Possible language issue?

I'm wary of caravan_site for sites that only have statics, as it's
ambiguous - it can also mean a site for touring caravans (and
motorhomes, which I have). But a chalet is not a site - a chalet is
closer to an individual static caravan. So tourism=chalet for the whole
park is wrong, and tourism=caravan_site may be the best option.
A couple of points I'd to clarify - I don't think they would affect the
conclusion but they're worth mentioning just in case:
Services to every static I've ever stayed in also include water and
sewage. That makes moving them around a little harder. Having no
bottled gas (an all electric setup) is more likely than no water, though
I haven't seen that in the UK where we're more likely to need heating
Yes, Haven and Parkdean tend to only have statics and similar, but most
sites that have a lot of statics also take touring units, so it's not
really "a few" that have some facilities.
