[Talk-hu] Entrance signs - ref, addr:flats, ref:signed=no tags

Hi Mateusz,

Earlier I've mapped many big buildings as explained in this comment, but 
as I can see them on the map, they had the "staircase letter" as*part of 
their house number*. So no special addr:unit or other tag was needed. Or 
every normal entrance had their own house number. Examples:

New building: https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/1541562620

Old building: https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/1419165875 (I make such 
address nodes part of the building line.)

(The comment refers to both old and new - so in this area at Budapest 
these are not numbered as the comment explains. However I can imagine 
such house. In that case I would mark the building outline with the 
number (Address) and the entrances just *entrance=* + ref=* *maybe.)

I have not seen such "range of flats" marked, as in original question. I 
didn't answer because I don't know if they exist anywhere in Hungary. 
*Then how could anybody say such houses do not exist?* :-) But if they 
are rare, I think this is not a good "question" in StreetComplete. I do 
not remember seeing or mapping such "rage of flats" ever.
