Hi Mateusz & others,
As far as I know, yes, there are actually seperate "staircase letters".
I'm going to cite this article from
https://masodikkerulet.hu/archiv/cimkezelesi-eljarassal-kapcsolatos-kozzetetel-2
:
"The correct addressing would be this:
*1024 Budapest, Káplár utca 4-6. A épület, A, B, C, D lépcsőház, B
épület A, B, C lépcsőház*
*1024 Budapest, Fillér utca 8-12. A, B, C, D lépcsőház"
*
Based upon this, yes this thing exists.
Based on that: 1024 Budapest, Káplár utca 4-6. A épület, A lépcsőház.
= 1024 Budapest, Káplár Street 4-6. Building A, Staircase A
But there are other examples as well. Like at Örs vezér tere (Fehér út),
there is a big office building, which has two staircases: Staircase A
and staircase B.
You would see such things like "Fehér út 1. B. lph.", lph is the
abbreviation of lépcsőház (staircase)
Hopefully my explanation is useful.

Attila
