[Talk-hu] Entrance signs - ref, addr:flats, ref:signed=no tags

To confirm things:

Lets say there is:

> ???? Street 4-6. Building A, Staircase A

with entrance=main that is without addr:housenumber

Would it be acceptable to add ref=A to entrance=main in such case?

Or would it be considered as invalid/unwanted?

So in Hungary staircase code is considered as part of a housenumber?
In all cases? Only same?

(for example in Poland it would not be)
