[Talk-in] What are the Guidelines for mapping address information in India?

I am not from India disclaimer.

But is "Shital Bus Stop (Nearest Landmark)" really part of an address?
rather than hint?

For me it is common to include hint like this while giving location, say
"leave main road after house with a blue roof" but that
would not be a part of actual address.
