Il problema è che Graphhopper sembra non rispettare i divieti di svolta
anche in incroci che non vengono aggiornati da tempo. E Graphhopper
dovrebbe aggiornare entro qualche giorno:

Ho anche trovato questa frase che non ho capito:
"Please note, that turn restrictions are considered only with
ch.disable=true and for the free package you can only choose from car,
bike or foot."
