メールを見逃していたのですが、
数日前のHOTメーリングリストに流れていたものを転送します。

UN-SPIDER(United Nations Platform for Space-based Information
for Disaster Management and Emergency Response)の方から
Dubaisatの衛星画像が提供され、HOT(OSMのクライシスマッピングチーム)に
どうぞ使ってください、という話です。
利用に関して制限はありません。

下記ページの下寄り「 2. Space-based Resources」の８番目あたりです。

3/14〜3/28の仙台、福島、千葉の画像です。

私、技術方面はさっぱりなので、この先どうすれば画像トレースできるのか
分かりません。
画像の評価、トレース準備など、どなたかテスト・推進して頂ければ幸いです。

Note that the Tiff and Details links for the last two items are reversed -

i.e. the links for Fukushima point to Chiba-oil and vice-versa.

It would be nice to have metadata about the images in the table - at least

resolution and area - to be able to know whether it's useful for a
particular purpose.
