This is a useful guideline if you are not sure whether to use
"residential" or "unclassified" for streets in towns:
 * unclassified - a road used by through traffic
 * residential - a road generally used only by people that live on
that road or roads that branch off it.

Jei nebus prieštaraujančių, sujungsiu tavo ir ASN atsiųstą aprašymą ir
įdėsiu į wiki (įskaitant "road" naudojimą).

P.S. Jei gerai suprantu, tai unclassified - geriausi pretendentai
tapti tertiary keliais (miestuose)?
