[Talk-mw] Malawi Administrative Levels

Severin,
A number of public institutions do own such layers. Needs checking. I
think our colleagues from Surveys would be best placed to locate such
layers and advise if there are restrictions in usage. The Public Lands
Utilization Study (PLUS) did create layers down to district level but
a number of new districts have come into existence since that study.
