[Talk-nz] Environment Canterbury Imagery

Hi Andrew,
Would you happen to know what base map URL is for the latest ECAN imagery
in iD editor? I'd like to start using it straight away for iD/OSM instead
of waiting for it to come through the LINZ layer :)
