Hi Hugh,

Thanks for the kind words.

In terms of using the Google suite, to be honest it's just one that many
people are comfortable with. There is a lot of friction getting efforts
like this going, and the Google suite is a rather frictionless option. One
less thing to worry about. OSGeo Oceania uses Google Drive for a lot of the
record keeping, so it also made sense to do the same.

Open to other cloud hosted survey/form options though if you have
recommendations.

In terms of the meeting, I am happy to arrange an alternative meeting for
anyone who would like to attend on Thursday, but can't. DIscussion via
email is also welcome.
