[Talk-nz] Place names

Throw another vote in for having macrons. Signs will likely be updated over decades. Database properties can be updated a lot faster. And what happens at the midpoint of sign updates where some have it and others don’t?

So yeah, if the legal name has the macron as an option then we use the macron.
