Manila is divided into 16 districts (Ermita, Malate, Quiapo, Sampaloc, etc.)
which are further divided into 100 zones, which are further subdivided into
897 barangays. In practically all barangay markers in Manila, you'll see
something like "Brgy. 689, Zone 50, Malate, Manila". Pasay City and Caloocan
City are also divided into zones.

Unlike the districts of Quezon City like Diliman and Cubao. The districts of
Manila, Iloilo City, etc. and the zones are well-defined. However, these
districts and zones are not local government units.

I know, but that's how weird Manila, Pasay and Caloocan are.

I've never seen boundaries as well, so I guess this can be of low priority.

More comments are welcome! We all need to get consensus on this before we
create more boundaries.
