Andre,

First of all, I appreciate all of Enthropia's work for this plan to
start rolling.
But before we start voting and all, may I suggest we start the
discussion first and "get a feel" of what the members of this list
(may last count was 43 members) think about the idea.

We all know the benefits of forming the organization.  But on an
individual basis, how can mappers benefit?
If a mapper is not a member what can he/she get from the org?
