Thank you for starting this discussion. Im sure you've seen HOT's HDM.

I believe some of what you listed are already there. In case some tags dont
exist I suggest we extend the discussion to HOT since water sources are
very relevant to Hum mapping. As Ervin already mentioned we still use
international conventions.
