Currently there is a protected area/nature reserve marked in OSM
surrounding Mt. Banahaw and Mt. San Cristobal:

However, this seems to be based on elevation contour lines and not the
actual legislation which is R.A. 9847:

I think we can modify this to match the law? Note however that the law
is in PRS92 instead of WGS84, and I don't trust LawPhil to get the
coordinates right—their copy of the Philippine baselines law (R.A.
9522) is wrong.
