Good morning,

I support this proposal. I also think that the current definitions are 
too vague. There is a big variation in how they are being interpreted by 
different mappers. The clear numbers in this proposal would remove a lot 
of this ambiguity and could lead to a much more consistent tagging 
scheme throughout the country. I think a more unified approach to road 
classifications is now more important than ever as the number of people 
contributing to OSM in the Philippines is steadily rising.
