[osm-pl] Welcome mails

Hi!

Thank you for the answer, and especially for the offer that you would
run this for us! :-)

How do you make it sending to Hungarian users? By checking the first
edit coordinates vs. Hungary boundary?

Is this sent from an OSM account so users response via the OSM messaging
system? Or what do you mean with "account"? Did you make an "osm pl" OSM
account, where more core members can handle incoming questions? I don't
know if I should connect this to my own editor account, but that's also
OK for start. "kempelen".

Üdvözlünk az OpenStreetMap térképező közösségében!

Az OpenStreetMap, az érdeklődő szerkesztők munkájának köszönhetően a
világ legpontosabb és legaktuálisabb térképévé fejlődhet. A legtöbben
egy-két kisebb dolog ábrázolásával kezdenek, majd idővel rájönnek, hogy
mik azok a további lehetőségek, amellyel még részletgazdagabbá tehetik a
térképet. Ez nem mindig egyszerű feladat.

A rajzolás során segítségre lehet szükséged. A közösség tagjai bármikor,
szívesen segítenek a felmerülő kérdéseidben. Ne habozz felvenni a

Mindenképpen javasoljuk a (Kezdők

amelyből betekintést kaphatsz a térképezés folyamatába. Ugyanebben a
(Wikiben)[http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/HU:Main_Page] megtalálhatsz
szinte minden szükséges információt.

Az OpenStreetMap célja egy licencdíjmentes térkép létrehozása,
úgynevezett nyílt adatok. Ez csak úgy lehetséges, ha a tagok saját
munkájukkal hozzák létre. A térképeket szerzői jog védi és másolásuk
tiltott, ezért kérjük semmilyen információt ne vegyél át ilyen forrásokból!

Időről-időre találkozókat is szervezünk, amelyen térképezünk,
számítógépen rajzolunk vagy csak átbeszéljük a felmerülő térképezési
kérdéseket. Ezeken is várunk minden érdeklődőt!

Ha van okostelefonod, arra is telepítsd az OpenStreetMapet, hogy
bármikor hozzáférhess a térképhez!

Welcome to the OpenStretMap mapping community!

OpenStreetMap may become the world's most accurate and up-to-date map,
from activity of the contributors. Most people starts with adding one or
two features, then they realize there are other options to make tha map
much more detailed. This is not always an easy task.

You may need help while editing. Members of the community are always
there to answer your questions. Do not hesitate to contact us in our

on the [mailing
list](https://groups.google.com/d/forum/openstreetmap-hungary). You are
also welcome to just say hello there!

We recommend you start with (Beginners'
Guide)[http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Beginners_Guide_1.1], from
that you can get an overview of the map making procedures. In the same
(Wiki)[http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Main_Page] you can find all
required information.

The aim of OpenStreetMap is to create a license fee free map, so called
open data. That is possible only if the contributors add their own work
to it. Maps are protected by copyright law, copying them is forbideen,
so please do not copy any information from such sources.

Time to time we arrange meetings, where we do surveying, drawing the map
on computers or we simply discuss the actual mapping questions. You are
welcome to join those as well!

If you have a smartphone, install OpenStreetMap on that too, so you can
have instant access to it!

I added that text to Wiki for community review, but guys just accepted
it, so we will start with this, and might send an update later if we
find it not so good (or too long, but I cannot make it shorter!..).

How do you recommend to test it? Make a test registration and edit with
it? I also want to test the OSM.org registration e-mail, because I am
working on updating osm.org Hungarian translation on translatewiki these
days.
