[Talk-transit] generate a public transport map for a city

Hi,

Rendering PT data is already "advanced map rendering". In order to get 
satisfactory results, you will need to preprocess the data somehow. I've 
tried out a few things, you can find that on the wiki at [1]. The 
"basics" (how to set up) are largely based on the openptmap setup 
instructions but extended, then there's an "experimentation" section 
listing the things I tried. There's also a link to my Git repository 
where you can find the source code (SQL scripts and Mapnik style).
