I totally agree. Many of us have used the MassGIS L3 imagery to help us
address buildings in our towns. This extra processing will reduce import
risk.
As stated in the import wiki:
Phase 1 - Low Risk Import
Under Phase 1, we seek to import entries with the least chance of
ambiguity, error, or conflict.
