Hmm, that's pretty interesting.  I explored the layers a bit, and around my
neighborhood the supposed parcel lines seem quite a bit misaligned with roads
and buildings and such.  It also doesn't have known park trails that are in
Open Streetmap, but I don't know how much crossover there is to that.

I keep forgetting to look at massGIS as an alternative / sanity-check
to google-terrain..
