I had been wondering about the pools. I've just been marking it as
"amenity=pool", but I like swimming_pool better. Although, after doing a
little poking around it looks like there is also an old proposed feature
"leisure=swimming_pool" (
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/Swimming_pool).

I'm confused. Why add all the interior objects of the landuse polygon as a
relation. Isn't it implied that they're part of the HOA/apt/etc since
they're inside the polygon? I'm happy to do it either way.
