Were you thinking of doing this via irc?  Or did you have some other
ideas for how to collaborate?  Maybe it's the corporate drone in me, but
I wonder how well a conference call would work.  Everyone could ask
questions and perhaps learn something.  I've noticed that some people
are much more talkative on the phone than they might be on IRC or
chatting otherwise.
