[Talk-us] 2010 Census and Tiger

Does anyone know what geophysical data collection is planned as part of the 2010 census? It seems like with an actual enumeration required, the census workers could get a coordinate for each address they visit next year. Is anyone on the list going through the census training courses being held now for the census takers?

I suggest that you do the area around my house. I've been adding
Karlsruhe-style addressing ways, but with all of the houses marked
with addr:housenumber and building=yes. Where neither the mailbox nor
the house have a number I've added a node with just building=yes. I'm
at 44.73 -74.94.

My ways are as accurate as you can get with a GPS receiver on a
bicycle riding at 12MPH, so they should serve as a good quality-
control test.
