Also curious how some of the more interesting edge cases work out,
such as Missouri Secondary State Highways, Oregon/Washington/Oklahoma
State Tour Routes, Oklahoma/Kansas Turnpike, or the 7 state highway
networks in Texas that aren't "Texas"...
