[Talk-us] Motorway vs trunk classification for RI-4 and US-1 in Rhode Island

(Resending because I forgot to Reply All.)

The only unambiguously motorway section is RI 4 from I-95 down to the Oak
Hill Road intersection. The remainder should be trunk, with the possible
exception of the Wakefield bypass north of the turnarounds.

Limited-access non-motorway segments should also be tagged with
expressway=yes, namely the rest of RI 4 down to US 1, the segment around RI
138, and the Charlestown-Wakefield segment, which has occasional driveways,
but seems to be a limited-access right-of-way.
