Sometimes information leaks. Like in this instance. Where exactly they got
this information is not important, other than for requesting that they
remove it as well.

The note=* on each of the objects in question makes it clear that the East
Bay Regional Park District considers it sensitive, and they are responsible
for protecting this site.
