[Openstreetmap] Downloading VMAP level 0 data for Germany

Hi there,

I would like to download this dataset for Germany.

I have managed to organise a Bittorrent client for the download but the download is over 200mB. This is rather large for rmy home PC and may cause me exceed my monthly DSL 1 Gb per month free data limit.

Tell me, is it anywhere possible to download this data purely by country? I am specifically interested in Germany, ideally Bavaria.
