Because I tell you here and now, on this mailing list. It is a
written contract between you and me, just like any CC license.
What is written in the file itself isn't so important. You might
want to keep a copy of this message, in case I would later accuse
you of a copyright violation.
You might also want to ask a Norwegian lawyer for advice, before
you take any risks. For example, what are the chances that I
stole these files from someone else instead of creating them
myself? (Just like Linus Torvalds stole Linux from SCO...) That
would make my contract invalid and your use would still be a
violation of the original creator's copyright. I'm not a lawyer.
