[Openstreetmap] Borough boundary

Ok

Jo knows more about this, as do the writetothem.com mysociety people.

My understanding is that boundry data is heavily copyrighted and not
only that, there is no way of getting is other than from the people who
choose the boundarys. eg, its not like street data where you can go and
look at the street sign.
