[OSM-talk] Argh! Just deleted lots from OSM by mistake

If you have saved the mini.osm file then it will contain all the deletions
tagged with action='delete'.

It should be possible to manipulate the file to be able to reinstate the
deletions.

If you have the mini.osm file then the situation should be recoverable.
