Trying to pick up josm-latest.jar from eigenheimstrasse.de times out. 
Picked up v 103 on 01 jul 2006 17:53 GMT, but it was 150K smaller than v 
   102 picked up the day before.
When downloading osm data, the Downloading Data pop-up just kept on 
counting up starting from 1. Killed it when it reached (150000/???) and 
the progress bar just showed about 1 millimeter filled.

The terminalwindow stated :

With v 102, the download went fine.

The big reduction in size and the above bug, makes me suspect a bad 
nightly build. Can you confirm that ?
