[OSM-talk] Freemap Attribute Editor: Ways

The Free Map Attribute Editor interface now supports editing attributes
attached to ways. I've temporarily added a 'reverse' to segments coming
out of the Way API, so that these will come out in the right order. I'll
take this out when Steve fixes the API (or points out why my email
earlier was wrong ;))

Editing now opens a seperate window, to alleviate the width issues
mentioned earlier on the list.

Also, the editing interface is possible to use to edit the attributes of
a way/segment without requiring javascript:

   http://london.freemap.in/osm_edit.cgi?way=76
   http://london.freemap.in/osm_edit.cgi?segment=7687331

Again, this is just attribute editing, but it's a useful little tool
that you might use rather than hand-crafting a PUT request. (At least, I
thought it was kinda useful.) If anyone has any suggestions for making
this interface nicer, I'd be glad to hear them...

(This is item 2 on
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Boston_Hackathon.)
