[OSM-talk] OSM / JOSM losing data on nodes?

Hi,

I've only been using JOSM for a few days, so I might be doing something wrong
here, but I don't think so.

I create segments and ways, and then on some nodes put tags. Something somewhere
keeps losing the tags on the nodes, though.

For example, I put "highway=mini_roundabout" on 10122110 and 10113862, and it
disappeared. I also put "amenity=place_of_worship" and "name=Gorse Covert Free
Church" on 10015006, and that disappeared.

Of course, I can't work out how to reproduce the problem now. Is this a known
thing with either the OSM database or with JOSM?
