[OSM-talk] osmarender2 in SVN

Osma-Render 2 is now in the SVN-Repository.

I also added a unix example script. 
 http://svn.openstreetmap.org/utils/osmarender/example_debian.sh
It downloads a small default region. It's not really a well taged reagion, so 
if someone please could change the bbox area to some area which is very well 
tagged and shows up pretty in osmarender.
