Ok, that's good.  I think we need to get the procedure for registering
as a member written up on the wiki so that it's clear what people have
to do, and so that they have enough time to do it.

BTW I noticed that we just passed the 2000 registered users point in
the last couple of days
(http://www.openstreetmap.org/stats/data_stats.html).
