[OSM-talk] Improving community within the OSM site

An ident is already stamped on the data created in OSM (both tracklogs and
node/segment data). It's just that currently only the OSM administrator can
see those id's (except for tracklogs that have been made public already).
The discussion is about making the edit changes for the mapping identifiable
by user id.
